A celebration of life for Kevin Bradley Parks will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 3, 2023, at Park’s Plumbing, 214 S. Main.
Kevin Parks, 61, of Portales, was born on November 21, 1961, in Sidney, Nebraska, to Gene Parks and Lucille Wells and died on Thursday, January, 19, 2023, in Portales. Kevin married Phyllis (Stinnett) Parks on February 8, 1986, in Portales.
Kevin is survived by his wife Phyllis; his children, Amanda and Randy Coats of Portales, Bradley Parks of Portales and Jessica and Chase Milligan; five grandchildren, Allen Parks, Keira Bailey, Cohen and Leigha Milligan and Wyatt Parks; two great grandchildren, Katie and Emma Parks; his mother; a brother, Andy and Anna Parks of Portales; three sisters, Kathy and Joe Kennedy of Hallsville, Missouri, Georgine and Harold Nixon of Floyd, New Mexico and Lori and Bill Kolstarl of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Speight (Bubby) Parks.
