Description:
Multi-Systemic Therapy Supervisor manages, coordinates, and provides clinical oversight to the agency’s MST program. Director carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

• Responsible for interviewing, recommend hiring and training employees
• Planning, assigning and directing work
• Assign caseloads and related duties
• Coordinates activities of staff in providing MST counseling services to assist the client with problems of emergency or crisis nature
• Assures MST staff accessibility to clients when needed at a time most likely to promote engagement
• Responsible for intake, triage and initial/psychosocial assessment of all MST referrals in close consultation with the clinical director
• Keep a log of client intakes and demographics
• Representation of agency within respective communities in a professional manner
• Regular engagement with stakeholders and referral sources within the agency and community to provide education about the benefit of MST and ensure new and continued referrals to the MST program.
• Maintains commitment to positive teamwork
• Participate in management meetings, develops and tracks program CQI initiatives as indicated.
Conducts weekly supervision for MST staff to assure adherence to MST principals.
• Maintain HIPPA and client confidentiality at all times
• Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
• Supervising of any additional MST staff.
- MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED IN THE STATE OF NM.
