Brandi Gomez scored nine of her 14 points in the fourth quarter of a thriller at Greyhound Arena as the Eastern New Mexico University women’s basketball team (7-6; LSC 3-3) picked up a crucial Lone Star Conference win. The Hounds built a nine-point lead in the final quarter and hung on for a 58-56 win over Texas Woman’s University (5-6; LSC 2-3).
