PORTALES, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico University volleyball team welcomes Cameron and Midwestern State to the friendly confines of Greyhound Arena where the Hounds have won 15 of the last 17 home matches. First serve is at 5 p.m. both nights. ENMU is currently in a tie with Western New Mexico for seventh place in the Lone Star Conference standings and leads ninth-place MSU by a game.
The Green and Silver extracted revenge earlier in the week against in-state rival, Western New Mexico. After getting swept on the road on Sept. 12, the Greyhounds handed the same fate to the Mustangs with a sweep on Monday.
• Senior libero Andrea Aguilar enters the matchup after picking up her 1,500th-dig against Texas A&M-Kingsville earlier this season. The reigning LSC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year passed Irma Cobos’ all-time mark of 1,653 earlier this season against Texas A&M-Commerce. The Clovis product needs 187 to match Caitlin Murphy’s all-time mark of 1,930.

• Senior Brooklyn Biel has been a catalyst for the Greyhounds over the past three seasons. The Laveen, Ariz., native came one block shy of setting the all-time single match record with 10 rejections against Cameron. The senior just past former teammate Lauren Frye for 10th on the all-time blocks list and needs two to match Jessica King’s mark of 285.

• Senior Alexis Aguirre recorded her 2,000th assist in the Greyhounds win over Colorado Christian earlier this season, becoming just the seventh player in program history to eclipse 2,000. A multi-sport athlete, Aguirre claimed a 20th-place finish in the javelin at the NCAA DII Track and Field Championships.
