MEMBERS OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL will be attending the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Fire Substation at 1223 West Ivy (the site of the old La Casa Family Health Center), Portales, New Mexico at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 14, 2019.
