Greyhound Track & Field Season at the Starting Line on Friday 1/25/2018 | Track & Field Thursday, January 25, 2018

PORTALES, NM – Coming off one of the finest seasons in recent memory, the Eastern New Mexico University track & field teams will open their 2018 indoor season on Friday. First-year Head Coach Jeff Kavalunas and the Greyhound teams will head to Lubbock for Friday’s Texas Tech Red & Black Open with the action getting underway at 3 p.m. MT.

Last season, the Hounds sent seven athletes to the NCAA Outdoor Championships to compete in eight events, while eight received United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors.

Next up for the ENMU track & field teams will be the Texas Tech Open, which runs from February 2-3, 2018.
