After posting three consecutive shutouts at home for the first time since 2009, a team finally managed to score on the Eastern New Mexico University women’s soccer team (2-7-4; LSC 1-4-2). Angelo State (8-2-1; LSC 5-1-1) scored early in Saturday’s Lone Star Conference match and held on for a 1-0 win at Al Whitehead Field at Greyhound Stadium.
The game was originally scheduled for Friday night, but could not be played due to weather.

The goal ended Eastern’s streak of not allowing a goal at home over a combined timespan of 3:32:18 of play
