PORTALES, N.M. – The Greyhound Club, the official booster club for Eastern New Mexico Athletics, is holding a Greyhound Club Dinner for prospective board members on Thursday, May 5 at the President’s House from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event will also be held virtually for those that cannot attend in person.  

“The Greyhound Club is an outstanding organization that needs new board members to help move us all forward,” said Eastern New Mexico Director of Athletics Dr. Paul Weir. “These individuals are among the most important in our athletic community, and we look forward to recruiting new persons to help make Greyhound Athletics the best it can be,” said Weir.

The evening will feature a tour of the newly renovated President’s House, along with dinner provided by the Greyhound Club. Doors will open at 5pm with the short program introducing the responsibilities of a board member at 6pm.

“This is a pivotal time for the Greyhound Club and we look forward to having new people come in to energize our board,” said Greyhound Club President Charles Bennett. “We want to open our doors to new people, even those out of town, to come in and support our student-athletes”.
