SAN ANGELO, Texas – Jasmine Gannon of Eastern New Mexico volleyball was awarded a spot on the 2021 LSC Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team, as announced by the conference office Saturday evening.

During Eastern’s 3-0 defeat to DBU on Tuesday evening in the opening round of the LSC VB Championship Tournament, Gannon found six kills, with two block assists, and a service ace for eight points.

Gannon a standout season for the Greyhounds, being recognized to the 2021 LSC All-Conference Second-Team. The Clovis, N.M. native led the team in kills and k/s (284, 2.94 k/s), digs (268), along with points and p/s (333.0, 3.43 p/s). Gannon was also second on the team digs per set (d/s) with 2.76 d/s. Defensively, Gannon led the Greyhounds in reception percentage with .947 (minimum 20 receptions).

Gannon is no stranger to this honor, picking up LSC All-Tournament Team honors in 2018, following ENMU’s defeat to Tarleton State University on Nov, 8, 2018 in the LSC Quarterfinals.

Gannon joins the rest of the All-Tournment Team, with West Texas A&M’s Torrey Miller being named Tournament MVP.
