SHERIFFS ENDORSE YVETTE HERRELL
ALAMOGORDO, NM – Today, eight additional New Mexico Sheriffs have endorsed Yvette Herrell in her campaign for the Second Congressional District of New Mexico. These eight Sheriffs joined four others who previously endorsed Herrell and had this to say about their endorsement:
“As New Mexicans, we are united in our effort to stand for what is right. We know there needs to be change in who represents us in Washington, so we are proud to endorse a lifelong ally and advocate of law enforcement, Yvette Herrell.
“Yvette is running to represent the Second Congressional District, and the Sheriffs listed below stand shoulder to shoulder with her as she fights to secure our border, protect our Second Amendment rights, stand for the Constitution, and push back against the radicals who wish to allow crime and lawlessness to tear apart our communities. We ask that you join us in supporting Yvette Herrell for Congress in June and November of 2020.”
Herrell had this to say about the endorsement:
“I am honored to have the support of these Sheriffs. These courageous law enforcement leaders have not only stepped up to protect our families and property against those who wish to do harm, but they have also stood in the way of radicals attempting to alter the New Mexico we know today. These Sheriffs have taken it upon themselves to support our rights and defend the Constitution. If elected, I will stand with them and for the New Mexico we all know and love.”
