PORTALES, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico football program has recently announced the dates for its 2022 prospect and summer camps. The Greyhound football staff is offering four prospect camps in the state of New Mexico, five prospect camps in the state of Texas, along with a 7-on-7 Tournament/ Lineman Challenge held at Greyhound Stadium in Portales, N.M.

“Our coaching staff is eager to get on the road and recruit at these upcoming camps,” said Head Football Coach Tye Hiatt. “New Mexico and West Texas are areas that have been great to our program in the past and we are excited to get out on the road and work. Recruiting is the lifeblood of this program and this will give us a great opportunity to get out and see the best prospects in the region,” said Hiatt.

June 7: Prospect Camp (Farmington)
This prospect camp will take place at Farmington High School (2200 N Sunset Ave, Farmington, N.M., 87401) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 7: Prospect Camp (Albuquerque) 
This prospect camp will take place at La Cueva High School (7801 Wilshire Ave NE, Albuquerque, N.M., 87122) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.  

June 8: Prospect Camp (Las Cruces) 
This prospect camp will take place at Field of Dreams (2300 Tashiro Dr., Las Cruces, N.M., 88007) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.  

June 8: Prospect Camp (El Paso) 
This prospect camp will take place at Franklin High School (900 N Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79912) from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 9: Prospect Camp (Roswell) 
This prospect camp will take place at Wool Bowl (1535-1761 N Grand Ave, Roswell, N.M., 88201) from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 13: Prospect Camp (Midland) 
This prospect camp will take place in Midland, Texas from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (with a location still to be determined) and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 13: Prospect Camp (Abilene) 
This prospect camp will take place in Abilene, Texas from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (with a location still to be determined) and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 14: Prospect Camp (Lubbock)
This prospect camp will take place at Frenship High School (902 Dowden Road, Wolfforth, Texas, 79382) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

June 16: Prospect Camp (Amarillo)
This prospect camp will take place at River Road High School (101 W Mobley Street, Amarillo, Texas, 79108) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is for athletes entering grades 9-12. Participants will receive testing and go through various skills and drills. The cost is $40 per athlete.

July 15: ENMU 7-on-7 Tournament/ Lineman Challenge 
The Greyhounds annual 7-on-7 Tournament and Lineman Challenge is open to teams of athletes entering grades 9-12. Check in will start at 8 a.m. at Greyhound Stadium and the event will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The cost for 7-on-7 Varsity teams is $200, JV/Freshman Teams cost $100 per team, and the cost for Lineman Challenge teams is $100.
