Floyd Broncos traveled to Carrizozo for a football game at 7 PM yesterday.
The game started out with both teams evenly matched. In the 2nd quarter though, the Bears started pulling away from Floyd. The Broncos couldn’t stop Carrizozo, and by halftime, the score was 41-18 with the Bears ahead.
The deficit was too much for Floyd to overcome, and the Broncos lost 18-48.
Floyd is now 0-3 this season. Their next game is Friday, September 30 at 7 PM in Roswell against Gateway Christian, who just defeated Elida this weekend.
