The Elida Tigers and Floyd Broncos played a game immediately following the ladies on Thursday evening. With Elida winning the girls’ game, the Floyd boys went into theirs with morale to boost for the fans. The Broncos’ record going into the game was 2-7, while Elida’s was 8-5, seemingly providing the clear winner. However, after outscoring Elida in 3 of the 4 periods of the game, Floyd managed to come out on top with a win. The final score was 50-43 in Floyd’s favor! The Broncos are now 3-7 and the Tigers are 8-6 this season.
