The Floyd Broncos kicked off their 2021 basketball season on the road with a game against Lake Arthur at 5 pm on April 1, 2021.
Within minutes of the game starting, Floyd had a dominating lead. At the end of just one period, the score was 15-4 with the Broncos ahead. By halftime, Floyd had taken an even greater lead with a score of 34-12.
The second half was even better for the Broncos, who defensively held Lake Arthur to only 7 more points collectively in the 3rd and 4th, while adding 24 more to their own score offensively.
Floyd dominated the entire game and took home their first win this season with a score of 58-19.
