Shrek is a real ladies man. Some might even call him a chick magnet! He loves to be scratched under the chin and between the ears. He will keep all your secrets and laugh at all your jokes.
He is a corgi/blue heeler mix who has already been neutered making his adoption fee only $60. This guy is already neutered, very well mannered and super loveable. All he needs is a family!
Shrek is a medium size dog, looks to be Blue Heeler and Corgi. He would make a great addition to your family or if you are single, he is longing to be your fur kid!

The Portales Police Department provides full-service animal control to all residents within the Portales city limits. Animal Control Officers attend state certification classes and are trained to handle calls for service that involve domestic animals or wildlife.
All dogs and cats kept within the city limits must get a Portales city license. This license can be picked up at the Animal Shelter. Owners should bring proof of vaccination for their pet(s). The license costs $5.00 per year. In addition to the individual animal registration, Animal Control is responsible for issuing Domestic Livestock, Residential Multi-Animal and Commercial Permits.

ADOPTION FEES
Adoption Fee $25.00
Spay / Neuter Fee $30.00. This fee is refundable upon proof that the animal was spayed or neutered.
Vaccination Fee $30.00. This fee is refundable upon proof of vaccination. For a total of $85.00
