Silver Edges Green as Gridiron Hounds Complete in Spring Game
PORTALES, NM – A scintillating 50-yard run by junior running back Kamal Cass highlighted a second-half effort which propelled the Silver Team to victory, as the Eastern New Mexico University football team concluded spring practice. Cass scored on a three-yard plunge just two plays later as the Silver team went on to a 14-0 win.

Hounds Avenge Early Season Setback, Burke Homers as Eastern Notches 20th Win of the Season
GOODWELL, OKLA. – The Eastern New Mexico University softball team (20-33) exploded for 27 runs to sweep Wednesday’s doubleheader at Oklahoma Panhandle State (11-34). Junior first baseman Erikka Burke homered in the opener to move into a tie for second on the ENMU single-season list, en-route to a 13-5 win. The Hounds also picked up a 14-11 win in the nightcap at Aggie Field.
