On Saturday, September 23, the Eastern New Mexico University Athletic Department will host its annual Hall of Honors Banquet. In addition to inducting five people into the Hall of Honors, the department will also recognize the recipients of five special awards.
Every year, the Greyhound Club Board of Directors selects recipients for the Greyhound Club Member of the Year, Corporate Sponsor of the Year and Faculty/Staff Member of the Year. Those selections along with the recipients of the Greatest Greyhound awards are honored at the annual Hall of Honors banquet. The Greatest Greyhound honorees are voted on by all head coaches and core athletic staff. Head coaches are not allowed to vote for their own nominee for Greatest Greyhound.
