The Floyd Broncos traveled to face a Roosevelt County opponent, the Elida Tigers, on Friday, September 20. The kickoff between Floyd and Elida was at 7 pm. It wasn’t too long after that Elida scored, and the game continued to roll in their direction as mishap after mishap happened to the Broncos. Elida was up 52-0 at halftime, and with a quick kickoff after half, the game was called. The Tigers continued their undefeated record and are now 5-0, and the loss for Floyd moved them to 0-3 this season.
