SPECIAL TELEPHONIC BOARD OF REGENTS MEETING

The Eastern New Mexico University Board of Regents will hold a special telephonic meeting on
Friday, July 24, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. This will be a telephonic meeting due to the limitations
imposed by the New Mexico Department of Health. All Board of Regents meetings are open to
the public, but we advise those wishing to attend to contact the ENMU President’s Office for
information on how to connect telephonically.
The meeting agenda will be posted 24 hours in
advance and sent to local media outlets. Eastern New Mexico University is an EEO/AA institution.

BUSINESS MATTERS
The purpose of this retreat will be to discuss communication processes, current and future
status of university procedures and various thoughts regarding working relationships
between staff, administration and Board. The Regents may meet in executive session, but
no action will be taken.
