Just like the Lady Coyotes, the Dora boys hosted Clovis Christian on April 8, 2021 for a basketball game. Tip-off was at 7:30 PM.
The first period started off slow for the Coyotes, who were down 22-14 going into the 2nd. Dora managed to stay closer to the Eagles’ score in the 2nd, but the first period deficit wasn’t overcome. The halftime score was 35-24.
After trailing again in the 3rd and 4th, Dora never managed to take the lead, opening the door for Clovis Christian to win 66-48. The loss puts the Coyotes at 1-1 this season.
Their next game will be in Lake Arthur on April 10th at 12 PM.
