Obituary
David H. Natividad of Portales died January 24, 2023 at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. He was born November 25, 1960, in Denver City, Texas to the home of Aurelio and Margarita Natividad.
David grew up in Portales, New Mexico and graduated from Portales High School. He made his home in Portales until July 2016 when he moved to Kansas. In May of 2019, he moved to Hobbs and lived there until his death. Worked in various places, including Super Save bakery before he was disabled.
He is survived by his four brothers, Aurelio Natividad Jr., Raul Natividad, Hector Natividad, and Eliaser Natividad; his 3 sisters, Eva Silva, Diana Garcia, and Bertha Lee; as well as multiple nieces and nephews that loved him as if they were his own children. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and his brother Antonio.
A graveside viewing and burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday February 4, 2023, under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary. Comida will be held following the burial at St. Helens Catholic Church Parish Hall.
Honorary pallbearers will be Raul Natividad, Mario Dominguez, Eliaser Natividad, Hector Natividad, Humberto Molina Jr., and Leonardo Enriquez.
