Cowboy Steak & Roast Rub
Have your steak taste like you’re on the open range with this Cowboy Steak and Roast Rub.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cooking:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak(s) or roast.
Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
