ROOSEVELT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
**PUBLIC NOTICE**
Smithco. Construction Inc will be doing a waterline construction project at the intersection of South Roosevelt
Road 3 (SRR 3) and South Roosevelt Road R ½ (SRR R ½ ), They will have SRR 3 closed east and west bound,
SRR R will be open to the residents north of SRR 3 with flaggers assisting traffic through the area.
There will be a detour set up to route traffic to the south to Spruce Street to access SRR 3 via SRR R ½ and NM 467. The project will begin on Tuesday, March 25th and continue for 3 weeks.

This is to certify that a copy of this notice was emailed to local and regional media outlets, a copy was provided to the County Clerk’s Office, and posted on the Roosevelt County website www.rooseveltcounty.com by Monday, March 24, 2025 2:00 p.m.
