Senior guard Mikaehla Connor poured in a season-high 20 points to go along with five rebounds and three blocked shots for the Eastern New Mexico University women’s basketball team (3-5; LSC 0-3). Texas A&M-Commerce (5-4; LSC 2-1) overcame a fast start by the Greyhounds and rallied for a 64-57 win in Lone Star Conference play, Thursday morning at The Field House.

The contest marked the first time Connor reached the 20-point mark since scoring 22 in a win at Midwestern State in February of last season. The senior guard has scored 20 points for Eastern on three occasions.

With the loss, the Greyhounds dropped to 32-29 in the series against Texas A&M-Commerce and 10-21 on the road in the series
