Public Notice to City of Portales Utility Customers
On September 1, 2020, the City of Portales will resume service disruption for customers with outstanding
balances on their account.
Customers with outstanding balances on their account must contact the City
of Portales Billing Department at 575.356.6662, option 2 to avoid continued disruption of service.
Payments may be made online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/portalesnm; by phone at
833-257-8345, and in the drop boxes located in front of City Hall and in the alley behind the building at
100 West 1st Street, Portales, NM 88130.
