RESCHEDULED for 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in the Council Chambers, at 200 E.
7th Street, Portales, New Mexico. Face masks required for the safety of attendees in
accordance with Governor Lujan-Grisham’s health mandate. Questions, requests, or
