The Portales Christmas Light Parade has been changed to Friday night – Dec. 9th.  The parade will start from the Portales Rec. Center travel to Ave D, then to Second Street and around the Roosevelt County Courthouse to end up in C&S parking lot.  For more information, call Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce at 575-356-8541
