Cass Named Preseason All-American by D2Football.com

PORTALES, NM – With the 2017 season just days away, the Eastern New Mexico University football team received another preseason honor. D2Football.com selected senior running back Kamal Cass Second Team Preseason All-American at the all-purpose designation.

Cass was an All-American last season and notched his second 1,000-yard season. For his career, Cass has accumulated 2,853 rushing yards and 36 touchdowns.

The Greyhounds will open their season Thursday night at 7 p.m. MT against 18^th-ranked Southwest Baptist University. Join the team for the traditional Dawg Walk from the locker room to the stadium at 5:35 p.m. that evening.
