FROM THE SOURCE

“I was proud of our fight tonight. I felt like we played hard enough to win but unfortunately, we came up a point short. We are not shooting the ball well and are not handling the ball well. There is a nothing to do but continue to fight and work hard to get better. We have to learn from it and move on as we approach the most difficult stretch of our season,” said head coach Brent Owen. “I was very proud of Garrick Sherrod and Kevin Nze Mba for their contributions tonight in their first starts of the season. They defended very well and Kevin led us in rebounds while Garrick led us in assists.”
