This breakfast recipe is one you’ll be glad to sink your teeth into! It’s from Carol Ann’s kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 3 pork chops (boneless are easiest)
- 1 onion
- 4 jalapeño peppers
- 2 potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cube up pork chops into bite-sized pieces
- Slice onion and jalapeños.
- Cut potatoes into slices (French fry style)
- Salt and pepper the pork chops to taste, then brown in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil.
- Once the pork chops are browned, add onions, jalapeños and potatoes to into the skillet to cook.
- Let it simmer, stirring around occasionally to avoid burning, until everything is caramelized.
- Serve with eggs and a tortilla! Enjoy!
