Boys Game Fairs Less Positive, Portales Takes a Loss

The Portales boys hosted Lovington following the girls game. Lovington quickly proved to be a touch opponent for the Rams, taking the lead 20-13 by the end of the 1st period.

The rest of the game was similar. Lovington continued outscoring Portales by a small amount each period. By the end of the game, the Rams were down 66-46 and Lovington handed Portales a loss.

The Rams are now 9-10 this season.
