Billy James Woolley was born June 16, 1953, in Clovis, NM to the home of Doris Estelle (Canipe) and Clyde Minor Woolley and died Feb. 15, 2021 at his home. In addition, he did work part time on local farms. After he sold the station, he farmed full time in the Floyd community. Billy had a reputation for being able to plow a perfectly straight row.
