PORTALES, N.M. – The annual Halloween Baseball Game has been moved from it’s originally scheduled date of Wednesday, Oct. 30th to Tuesday, Oct. 29th due to the projected weather forecast for Wednesday night.
The game is scheduled to begin on Tuesday night at the original time of 5:45 p.m. and will follow an Eastern New Mexico athletic department Trunk-or-Treat that will begin at 4 p.m. in the parking lot located outside of the left field fence. Everyone is invited to both events as Eastern New Mexico baseball will competed in a lighthearted environment dressed up in their favorite Halloween costumes.
Kids will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game and will have the option to compete in a “Best Costume” contest with the chance to win exclusive Greyhound Baseball gear
