Windrush Alpacas is looking for community businesses, organizations and individuals to participate in our Fallpacapalooza Event Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. MST. This event is being held to raise funds for the Special Hearts Prom, a prom for adult individuals with special needs who want to attend a formal party with caring, supporting friends.

Fallpacapalooza is a fun day for kids of all ages, we charge a $10 per carload entry fee and aim to provide activities to entertain kids and encourage attendance. Windrush Alpacas will host alpaca feeding sessions, an Alpaca VIP Meet and Greet and a bouncy castle. There will also be a bake sale. Attendance at our past Fallpacapalooza events has been in the vicinity of 300 – 400 people. All participating sponsors will be mentioned in our event marketing.

What is required: Each booth vendor will be required to offer some form of children’s activity (game, craft activity, facepainting, food booth, promotional gifts etc.) The activity doesn’t have to be fancy, just something that kids will enjoy doing in an outdoor environment. The booth vendor will be welcome to promote their business or organization.

Cost: $50 per booth with an additional $5 per 6ft table required (vendors are welcome to bring their own table)

In the past we have done this event on our own. This time we are asking the Clovis/Portales community to help us to make this event bigger and better to raise funds for the Special Hearts Prom.
