Albuquerque and Alamogordo, NM: – Vaccine mandates are being imposed on thousands of New Mexicans, including healthcare workers, state employees, military personnel, first responders, law enforcement, teachers, college students, national laboratory staff, and many essential workers. These mandates violate the fundamental right of bodily autonomy and violate codes of ethics for Informed Consent.
In response to the vaccine mandates, New Mexicans are rising up to stand for medical freedom without coercion, threats, or discrimination. Every human being has a fundamental right to decided what happens to their own body. The people who want to get vaccinated should do so. Those who don’t want to do so have the right to say NO!
There will be protests against vaccine mandates in Albuquerque and Alamogordo NM on Monday September 13.

When: Monday September 13, 7am AND 3:30-5:30pm

Justin Hadro, a medic and organizer of the Albuquerque protest, said:
“New Mexicans, we need to rise up together NOW. We cannot let these mandates continue to threaten our livelihoods and our humanity. Let’s stand up in huge numbers and show the Government and employers that we refuse.”
April Polichette, a registered nurse and organizer of the Albuquerqueprotest, said:
“If they are not stopped, these mandates will divide and destroy the workforce in New Mexico. People have a right to choose their own medical procedures. It should come as no surprise that thousands of New Mexicans will leave the state to find employment elsewherewhere their rights will be respected and upheld.”
Johanna Brooks, a veteran and military spouse who is organizing the Holloman protest, said:
“We are protesting the shot mandate for our military. These shots have no long-term safety testing, and there were disastrous results when the Government previously forced our military to take an experimental vaccine [the Anthrax vaccine]. Our service members have the inalienable right to be able to choose.”
Melanie Rubin, who has been placed on leave without pay by Presbyterian Healthcare Services for choosing not to receive COVID-19 vaccination, said:
“These vaccine mandates are immoral and unethical. Like many others, I already have natural immunity. I am standing for my basic human right, written into the U.S. Constitution and with precedent under all medical codes of ethics, to make my own healthcare decisions.
“My religious ancestors were separated from society and subject to medical experimentation without their consent in the holocaust. Now our Government officials and corporate entities are doing the same thing to thousands of people in New Mexico, and countless millions across the country, who choose not to receive a vaccination which has not completed sufficient clinical trials and, whether “approved” or not, is still experimental. They are violating the Nuremberg Code by refusing to allow people the right to say no to being a subject of medical experimentation. They are pitting the vaccinated against the unvaccinated, and isolating and turning the unvaccinated into second class citizens who are handicapped to work, be educated, or participate in normal life. This is truly a crime against humanity.”
No government or institution can know what is best for any other human being’s medical choices. People have diverse healthcare needs, and one-size-fits-all medical solutions are not appropriate.
All who support the right to bodily autonomy are invited to join theprotest against vaccine mandates on September 13, 2021 in Albuquerqueat the corner of San Mateo and Montgomery from 4-7pm and at the Holloman Air Force Base Front Gate at 7am AND 3:30-5:30pm.
