CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PORTALES, NEW MEXICO
DUE TO GOVERNOR LUJAN GRISHAM’S ORDER LIMITING ATTENDEES AT GATHERINGS, THE
PORTALES CITY COUNCIL’S MEETING WILL BE HELD WITH LIMITED ATTENDANCE starting at 6:30
p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2021, in the Council Chambers, at 200 E. 7th Street, Portales, New Mexico.
Questions, requests, or comments from citizens should be submitted in writing to the City Clerk or City Manager
before the meeting. Contact information for both officers are on the City’s website at
https://www.portalesnm.gov/departments/. Covid-19 safety protocol will apply for the safety of attendees. The
