  1. Approval of Recommendation for Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-33 a Zone Change for “Portales Industrial Park” for the Purpose of Bringing Property Into Compliance. Unanimously Approved by P&Z Commission.
  2. Approval of Recommendation for Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-34. A Vacation of Right-of-Way of 110.18’ by 30’ of the Platted but Undeveloped Road Known as “East Nogal Street.” Submitted by Roberto and Mavourneen Baca. Unanimously Approved by P&Z Commission.

 

WATER DEPARTMENT—A. Flores, Utilities Capital Projects Administrator/PIO

  1. Request Approval of Resolution 2024-49 Well Field Improvements (WPF-6303) and Loan/Grant Agreement (GRT).

 

 

INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT—J. McVey, Infrastructure Project Administrator

  1. Request the Approval of the Acceptance of a Donation of $1,801.16 From Mike Davidson for Drought Resistant Trees to be Planted in the Portales Cemetery.
  2. Request Approval of Resolution 2024-50, a Resolution of Sponsorship for a Transportation Alternatives and Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Application and Maintenance.
  3. Request Approval of Resolution 2024-51 Approving an Application for FY 2025-2026 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Funded by the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and Request for State Match Funds Administered by New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration (NMDFA).

  1. Request Approval of the Intent to Adopt the Amendment/Addition to Ordinance 760 City of Portales Personnel Policy Adopted July 5, 2022. The Additions: City Attorney and Section 8 Compensation and Benefits.
