Jason Burns provided an update on the 18th and Kilgore project
last night, as we are at the end of their projected timeline.
“Talked to Constructors yesterday, rain on Tuesday kind of slowed them down.
But thankfully they had finished pouring top of box earlier that day, so didn’t
damage any concrete work that had been done. They pumped all the water out
yesterday and were planning to begin backfilling today. They’re planning to grade
and hopefully pave Monday or Tuesday and get the intersection back open while
they finish some minor punch list items like head walls and stripping.”
